Turvers Ltd (trading as Galactic Fireworks) owns the photographs, videos, and illustrations on this site, or holds a licence for them. Where an image credits a third-party agency in its caption or metadata, the agency's terms apply to that specific file, not the rules below.
Personal use
Save our product photos and event videos to your phone or computer. Use them as wallpaper, print one for the fridge, send one to your dad. You don't need to ask.
Sharing on social media
Tag @galacticfireworks or link back to galacticfireworks.co.uk when you post. If the image carries a watermark, leave it on.
Commercial reuse
Commercial use needs a written licence from us. That covers paid advertising, product packaging, listings on other shops, stock-photo sites, print-on-demand goods (the mug-and-T-shirt route), and AI training datasets.
It applies whether the image was downloaded from this site, scraped, screenshotted, or recreated by an AI tool using our material as reference. If our content shaped the output, the output needs a licence.
How to ask for one
Email help@galacticfireworks.co.uk with three things: where the image will appear (URL, publication, packaging mock-up), how long you need it for, and the rough audience or print run. We reply within five working days. We've licensed images to broadcasters and trade press before, so it's not a complicated conversation.
Wire-photo agency images
A few articles on our blog use photos supplied by Liuyang and Hunan wire-photo agencies. Those images are credited in the article body and in the page's structured data, and the licence sits with the agency, not us. Contact them directly if you want to use one.
