Leviathan comes up out of the dark and takes the whole sky with it.
Over two minutes and 225 shots of horsetails, crossettes, coconut palms and tourbillions, with the firing pattern doing half the work: golden bursts straight up the middle while fluttering horsetails fan out either side. Gemstone have built it to keep coming rather than peak early, so the back half lands as heavy as the front.
Nearly four kilos of pyro-powder on a single fuse. Rated F3, a display firework: keep spectators at least 25 metres back for safety.
Fawkes' Top Tip
A compound is several cakes pre-linked into one show. Leave it strapped in its outer packaging and fire it as one piece: one fuse runs the lot. It fires in a fan, so check the arrow on the top of the box, point that side at the crowd and leave room either side as well as overhead.
