Galactic Update: January 2025

Hello, Galactic Family!

We hope you had a fantastic New Year’s Eve and enjoyed a memorable display despite the less-than-ideal weather that swept across the nation. January can often feel like a slow month, but things are busy here at Galactic HQ!

A Fresh Start at Galactic HQ

We’ve decided to give our office a well-deserved makeover for the first time in nearly two decades. The builders are in, laying new flooring, setting up modern desks, and adding a fresh lick of paint. Rest assured, however, that while all this is happening, we’re still operating at full capacity—packing and shipping orders for weddings, parties, and events across the country. Whether it’s a corporate event or a milestone birthday, we’ve got your pyro needs covered.

Looking Ahead to 2025

Although we’re just into the new year, our eyes are firmly set on the months ahead. One of our biggest priorities is ensuring that we don’t face the same stock delays we experienced in 2024. We always aim to have our full range delivered as early as possible, and this year, we’ve doubled down—our goal is to have everything in place by July. We know how frustrating last-minute arrivals can be, and we want to apologise again for any inconvenience caused last year.

Out-of-Season Deliveries

From January to July, we’ve restructured our delivery system to run fortnightly. One run will go north, and the next will head south, ensuring we cover the entire country monthly. Of course, if you need your fireworks more urgently—whether it’s for a wedding, a surprise party, or any special event—drop us an email. We’ll do our best to speed up delivery or add extra runs wherever possible. When placing an order, you’ll see a delivery date, but if it seems tight, please reach out, and we’ll work with you to get your fireworks on time.
